Lovevery

Early learning platform for parents of young children, with more than 220k active Play Kit subscribers

The Lovevery App

Lovevery’s app gives daily activities, child development information, parenting tips, and expert answers.

Through successful partnership with Product, UX, Engineering, Creative, and a cadre of child development experts, I led a team to achieve the following results:

  • Nearly 1200 unique videos, articles, and interactive FAQs

  • 4.9-star average rating in App Store

  • 60.2 NPS (2021 Beta test)

  • 55% Product Market Fit (2021 Beta test)

Target Collection

When Lovevery launched a collection of 15 standalone baby and toddler playthings at Target, I collaborated with UX and product and oversaw the team that developed digital play guides for each. These entailed:

  • Stage-based developmental activities created by experts

  • How-to videos with supporting text-based writeups

  • Curated content emails with more support for parents

Blog

The Lovevery blog drives 81k monthly sessions and $467K in monthly revenue through direct and organic search channels alone. It’s also an important vehicle for driving traffic from paid/organic social and email as well as overall customer retention.

A popular weekly milestones blog series had already been established when I joined, and I made an impact via the following:

  • Streamlining workflow to shorten production of weekly blog series by 50%

  • Launching non-weekly blog strategy with 4x/month posts based on insights gathered from social, marketing, & SEO stakeholders; these blogs delivered strong results on Instagram, in email, and via Facebook ads

  • Maximizing efforts by devising ways to replicate past top-performing blog posts as well as create themed “roundup” blog posts

  • Developing an internal monthly content report in partnership with SEO to create stronger feedback loop
